To Forgive or Not to Forgive - Chapter 5
Downstairs in the neighborhood, I saw that the lights at home were on.
I sat downstairs for a long time, reaching into my pocket and feeling this ring. I sighed softly.
In the end, this ring still does not belong to me.
I carefully tucked the ring back into the velvet box.
Chen Jianjin had changed into pajamas, drops of water clinging to his tousled hair; it looked like he got home earlier than I did.
After washing up, I returned to bed slowly. He suddenly pulled me into his arms.
I felt a warm touch on my lips, his masculine scent faintly lingering.
His fingertip brushed against my lips.
Suddenly, I shoved him away and turned on the light.
He looked at me:
“What’s wrong?
“Not happy today?”
I suddenly remembered-whenever emotions ran deep, he would always call out “Ningning.”
So it was Zhou Sining.
And, he never kissed me.
Today was the first time he initiated a kiss.
But I pushed him away.
I whispered,
“Chen Jianjin, I am not Zhou Sining.”
His brows furrowed slightly, as if he hadn’t heard what I said.
