Three Years of Silent Chase - Chapter 8
The next day, Kingsley had a film to shoot.
Early in the morning, he woke me up with a kiss, lingering, reluctant to pull away.
I pushed his face aside with a slap of my hand.
“Hurry up, you’ll be late.”
He fell silent, sat there, aggrieved, looking at me without a word.
I had no choice but to reach out and pinch his earlobe to comfort him.
Seeing him unmoved, I finally lifted my nightdress, revealing the bruised marks on my waist from last night.
Coaxing him.
I licked the corner of my lips, feigning aftertaste to tempt him.
“Did I win you back last night?”
Kingsley’s face instantly flushed red, his lips twitching harder than an AK trigger, yet he still turned his face away, trying to act cool.
But, unfortunately, his eyes greedily refused to leave my face for even a moment.
“It’s not that easy to win me back.”
“I’m still angry.”
I blinked at him in disappointment.
“Does the door remain open… Your Highness?~”
His eyes widened sharply, a frantic urge to pounce, but constrained by his ‘persona’, he was trapped in place.
In the end, his eyes were nearly bleeding.
“Let’s… let’s see how you do!”
He fled in panic.
“Hahaha–”
I collapsed laughing on the bed, then pulled out my phone to send him a WeChat message.
[Your Highness, you were so rough last night, I’m sore all over.]
Kingsley replied instantly: [Oh, really? Where?]
Seeing he’d taken the bait, I mischievously went off-script.
[It’s my lips, you bit them all up~]
He was typing for a good ten minutes, then finally replied in disappointment: “Only your lips? Then I guess I’ll have to try harder.”
