Imprison Me? After Amnesia, You'll Kneel and Beg for My Favor! - Chapter 18
I went back to the Bo Corporation and filed my resignation papers.
Then I leased a storefront and opened a flower shop.
The shop was busy, leaving me no time to think about things that were irrelevant to my life.
But Bo Min would often visit my shop in the evenings.
He would always find some trivial excuse to stay and chat.
And before leaving, he would pick the most expensive bouquet and buy it for me.
This went on for a long time, so long that we both nearly forgot about Bo Anzhi in Belgium.
Lately, however, I’d been feeling a pair of eyes on me.
Watching me, constantly.
But a check of the security cameras in the area showed nothing out of the ordinary.
A rainy day gave me the perfect excuse to close the shop and rest for a few days.
When Bo Min heard I was taking a break, he invited me out to dinner.
But when he left the table to go to the restroom, that feeling of being watched returned.
He was gone for a long time, and a sense of unease grew within me.
I got up to look for him.
But as I rounded a corner, I was pulled into a warm embrace.
I gasped, but the person behind me only held me tighter.
He buried his face in my neck, his soft breaths tickling my skin, sending shivers down my spine.
“Baby, could you really bear to throw me away?”
That familiar voice, so close to my ear, felt unreal.
I instinctively tried to push him away, but Bo Anzhi just held on tighter.
“I remember now. I remember everything. I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have run away…”
“Please, just let me explain. I…”
I spun around and slapped him.
My palm stung.
I should have kicked him instead.
“Does your hand hurt, baby? Here, use mine to hit me, okay?”
“Hold my hand, and slap this side too, alright?”
I gave a cold laugh and turned my head away, ignoring him.
