Chapter 11
Bo Min stared blankly for three seconds before slowly picking up his phone.
The next instant, Bo Anzhi snatched it from his hand.
He stared intently at the two people in the picture.
He looked up, his gaze shifting between me and Bo Min in disbelief.
Words formed on his lips but never came out.
After a long moment, Bo Anzhi’s shriek echoed through the house:
“Bo Min, you bastard! I’m your other man!”
Bo Min was completely lost. “Bro, what’s wrong? I don’t get it. What’s all this about being the other man…”
Bo Anzhi’s arm, raised halfway, suddenly dropped.
He clutched the back of his head, where a dull ache was blooming.
Afraid something was seriously wrong with him, I decided to get Bo Min out of there first.
But Bo Min clung to the doorframe, refusing to leave.
“Senior, aren’t you coming with me? It’s not right for you to be at my brother’s place.”
“My brother… he’s got issues. My mom said he just fell and scrambled his brain. Plus, he’s hiding a lover in a gilded cage! He’s not pure like me.”
“Didn’t you hear him? He’s someone’s other man! So shameless!”
“Senior, come with me! My cat can do backflips, want to see?”
“Uh, if you don’t want to see the cat do one, I can do one for you…”
…
Behind me, Bo Anzhi’s face was dark, looking like he wanted to eat both of us alive.
“Sorry, Bo Min, I’ll explain later!”
I half-pushed, half-kicked Bo Min out and slammed the door shut.
