Chapter 13
Jiang Ye was furious.
He dragged me along without a care, all the way into the underground parking lot, then turned and pinned me harshly against the corner of the wall.
“Fang Yao, you knew this was a blind date all along, didn’t you?”
I couldn’t deny it.
My silence pushed Jiang Ye to the brink, his eyes reddening: “Fang Yao, do you even have a heart!”
I turned my head to avoid his piercing gaze.
He forcibly turned it back.
“Fang Yao, you knew all along, you knew all along!”
At this moment, Jiang Ye, repeating this sentence, looked like a wild beast.
I was forced to admit, “I knew.”
Jiang Ye laughed.
The laughter was filled with self-mockery.
When he finished laughing, he frantically tore open my collar, only to collapse and cover it up in the next moment.
“Sis.”
Tears streamed down his face.

He saw her briefly open her eyes.
Then shut them again, offering no hope.
