Chapter 15
As I spoke those words.
Countless images related to Leo Archer flashed before my eyes like fragments of film reels.
At that banquet, I added him as a friend.
But there was no further contact.
Until that night, when Leo, feverish and confused, mistakenly called me instead of his friend to bring him medicine.
I carried a bag of fever-reducing medicine and unlocked his door with the password.
His cheeks were flushed, and his mind seemed unclear.
After taking the medicine, his burning cheeks rubbed against my hand.
“I’m so hot, yet so cold…”
I looked down at him and quietly asked, “Shall I hold you?”
Leo gazed at me with water-colored, hazy eyes, tugging at the corners of his lips, his voice hoarse:
“Is my dear trying to take advantage of me?”
“Yes.”
I replied, “But you also have the chance to refuse me.”
He didn’t answer.
He simply reached out and pulled me, causing me to fall onto him.
My hands and body were always cool.
Perhaps finding it comfortable, he clung to me, pressing closer and closer.
“My dear, isn’t it uncomfortable wearing something so tight?”
“Yes.”
I cupped his face, “Then help me take it off, good boy.”
Even though nothing went to the final step.
But all the chaos and confusion in our relationship started that night.
I admit I was initially drawn by his looks, never intending to have a long-term relationship with him.
All I wanted was that moment of pleasure.
And with how skillfully he tangled with me, I thought he felt the same way.
…
The sudden force on my wrist snapped me back to reality.
Leo, with a cold expression, grabbed my wrist and pulled me forward.
A reporter tried to block our way with more questions, but he raised an eyebrow, smirking at them:
“I’m going back to the team with the boss to review the match and discuss next quarter’s strategy. Do you want to come and listen?”
The coldness and sharpness in his voice were almost impossible to suppress.
The reporter, unwilling to give up, reached out to stop him: “Then about the girlfriend you mentioned–”
Leo lost his patience, his face expressionless as he uttered a single word.
“Scram.”
