The Perfect Revenge Plan

I am the legendary Big Female Lead.

When I caught my husband and my best friend in the act of cheating, I neither cried nor made a scene. I simply tossed out a calm remark:

“This man is yours now.”

All my friends praised me for my dignity, for being able to let go, saying I was the Big Female Lead from a feel-good novel come to life.

But things didn’t unfold like a feel-good story.

After a wave of public scrutiny, the two of them simply got married. The next year, my former best friend gave birth to Dragon and Phoenix Twins, and my ex-husband’s business took off, making them the envy of everyone-a picture-perfect happy family.
