Summary
Zhang Cheng has spent ten years driving for Zhou Mingyuan on a salary of 6,000 a month. When Zhou’s wife, Lin Wanshu, arrives at a hotel, Zhou asks Zhang to pose as secretary Su Qing’s date and cover for his meeting with her. Drawn into the tensions between his boss, Su, and Lin, Zhang finds that the pretense becomes increasingly complicated. After Zhou discovers Zhang and Su’s relationship, Lin protects Zhang and hires him as her personal driver. She then proposes a pretend romance with him, hoping to make her husband reconsider his behavior. Zhang never imagines that, after his boss dies, the beautiful 26-year-old Lin will marry him and bring a fortune of ten billion with her.
