On the day we were to collect the divorce certificate, I waited at the entrance for half an hour before Leo arrived in a hurry.
A brief exchange of pleasantries.
We completed the paperwork and received the certificate.
Holding the divorce certificate, Leo seemed a bit lost, but he quickly regained his composure.
He invited me to have lunch together.
“I have other things to do.”
