Summary
After surviving the West City Line disaster, Jiang Yanxi discovers that her fiance has been deleting the same memo from her phone night after night. Each restored entry warns that she will die at 8:17 and points her toward a truth buried inside her own erased memories.
As she follows the trail left by her past self, Yanxi is forced to face a conspiracy behind the explosion, the men who have been hiding the evidence, and the choice between forgetting the pain or exposing the truth. To live on, she must stop dying for other people’s crimes.
