As I was lost in thought, Liang Chen came running up to me, panting.

A fine sheen of sweat dotted his forehead.

After all, he was still young.

“You forgot your phone.”

My eyes grew misty.

Just then, as if on cue, Hu Feier emerged arm in arm with Gu Yan from the entrance, the two of them looking intimate.

Gu Yan seemed to want to avoid attention, glancing around nervously, afraid someone familiar might see.

But Hu Feier didn’t care at all, insisting on cupping Gu Yan’s face and kissing him.
