Summary
I was in the middle of ordering Zhou Ye, a scholarship student from a poor background, to warm my feet when a vision of my own gruesome death suddenly flashed before my eyes.
Once the shock subsided, I reached out and pinched his cheek.
“Puppy, once you’re rich, are you going to kill me?”
The boy’s expression remained cold, but his gaze was fierce and ruthless.
“Yes. I will definitely kill you.”
His words were exactly the same as in the vision.
I leaned in close on purpose, pressing a fleeting kiss against his dry lips, and pleaded with him in a coquettish tone.
“Don’t do that. How about I be your puppy from now on? Just don’t kill me, okay?”
His ears turned bright red instantly, and the look of disgust in his eyes froze.
I mocked him without mercy. “Oh my, looks like your first kiss is gone.”
Fuming, he turned around and stormed off.
Not long after that, I assumed a new identity and moved to another city.
I was gone for six years.
When we met again, just as the vision predicted, my grandmother had officially recognized him as part of the family. Now a billionaire mogul, the look he gave me suggested he wanted nothing more than to murder me on the spot.
I gave him a heartless smile. “Puppy, long time no see.”
Huh… why is he crying?
