Summary
Since I was young, I’ve been a liar, surviving on my wits alone.
I finally managed to concoct a respectable background and infiltrated the Shen Family as a high-ranking maid. However, before I could enjoy the good life, the Shen Family was raided and wiped out overnight.
Amidst the chaos, I overheard the Steward telling someone, “The Shen Family is merely cooperating with the princess’s play; don’t harm the innocent.”
My mind raced, and I grabbed the Shen Family’s foolish Miss and ran.
A loyal servant saving their master-this act is far more rewarding than being a maid!
