Chapter 3
Little Omega never appeared again throughout the entire wedding, but in the end, Gu Haochen couldn’t cut me off completely. After all, he maintained a devoted persona with every substitute, always making people feel there was an opportunity to take advantage.
After the wedding, I demanded Twenty Million from Gu Haochen. His expression was unpleasant, but he reluctantly signed a check for me.
Playing this game with me, who doesn’t know his company is having financial problems and can’t cash out Twenty Million?
I didn’t accept it, looking at him ambiguously: “Or else, you…”
He was helpless, made a call to bring Omega over, and asked Omega what he thought of me.
Omega glanced at me, shy and timid, and said it was fine.
Gu Haochen nodded and said to me, “He and you, we’re even.”
Damn, this scumbag.
I lowered my eyes, thinking, bro, you can’t blame me for this.
Gu Haochen planned to give his Omega to me, so that we’d both have someone outside, and the Twenty Million would be offset.
Of course, this didn’t work out, because what he did at the wedding got out.
His old lady came to give him a talking-to. When she arrived and saw that Omega was about to have a threesome with us, she was so angry her nose was crooked. She raised her cane and beat them out, then forced Gu Haochen to transfer Twenty Million to me.
I happily accepted it.
Gu Haochen was so angry his face turned red and his neck bulged: “Is he any better? He has at least as many people outside as I do.”
“But he’s cut them all off.” The old lady turned to scold him, “Now that you’re married, you should settle down. And you’re still trying to hand people over to him-what are you thinking? Let me be clear, if the child isn’t born from the two of you, I won’t acknowledge it!”
After the old lady finished lecturing, she left. Gu Haochen shot me a glare and was about to leave too.
I asked him, “Where are you going?”
Gu Haochen frowned: “You need to understand, we only got married for my grandma’s inheritance. I’ve already promised you I’ll behave myself during the marriage, so don’t expect too much.”
With that, he left the bridal room in a huff.
On our wedding night, he left me alone in an empty room…
-Well, at least he knows his place.
I took out my phone, added Omega’s contact, introduced myself, asked after him, and sent him Three Million.
“If we can’t be partners, we can still be friends. Sorry for what happened today, take this and buy yourself a bag, Tangtang.”
Omega was very happy and sent me lots of puppy emojis.
