Summary
Chu Yu and I dated secretly for three years and have been apart for one. Our parents know nothing, so family gatherings still mean trading insults across the dinner table. Then a private video briefly flashes onto the television, and the distance we’ve carefully maintained begins to crumble. The attraction is still there. So are his jokes, his evasions, and my plans to start work in another city. He can make me laugh and remember exactly what I love to eat. But I need more than a perfect moment. I need someone willing to face what comes next.
