After reading the test results in my hand, I was half in a daze.

I asked the doctor, “Am I really pregnant?”

“Yes, two months along.”

Two months…

That must have been conceived that time in the car.

It was raining that day, and I hadn’t brought an umbrella. A male colleague from the company kindly offered to drive me home.

As I got out of the car, I happened to run into Li Zemu returning from a business trip.

He usually doesn’t smile much, always exuding a cold aura that warns strangers to keep their distance.

That night, his face was even more grim, quite frightening.

He forcefully pulled me into the car and kissed me fiercely in front of my male colleague.
