The Wild Dog and the Daisy - Chapter 20
The bathroom was empty.
I walked out and looked around the room.
Every place I could look.
Was filled with my photos.
Song Minxin said he had a serious psychological problem.
“Actually, it’s not about skin hunger. It’s more of a mental issue. It’s just that back then, you stuck to him every day and satisfied his longing for you.”
“The moment you left, his illness was exposed. I often couldn’t find him, so I’d rush over and see him lying in a nest made from your clothes, out of his mind, the whole room reeking of blood. Although he became my material for publishing in the top psychology journals, doctors don’t want anyone to get hurt. Neither do I. Psychologists don’t wish for patients like this…”
I called out for him anxiously in the room.
“Yan Chen!”
I walked in a bit further.
Suddenly, my body was seized.
Yan Chen’s scorching breath nearly burned the skin on my neck.
He tore away that pitiful disguise.
His whole body surged with blazing desire.
And a wild, almost mad possessiveness.
“I knew you’d come.”
My body felt lighter.
He lifted me onto the bed, and again, my ankles felt that familiar coldness.
He lowered his head, wrapping the chain in a soft edge.
Shit, was I set up?
He saw my confusion.
The corners of his lips curled into a smile.
“Song Minxin doesn’t know, but I think-”
He scooped up my palm.
A wet itch climbed up, that familiar feeling returning.
The storm before a mad dog goes berserk.
“Baby, you’ll feel sorry for me.”
“As long as you feel a bit of pity, I win. I can outlast your husband. I won’t die. I’ll go from mistress, lover, to official wife…”
“As long as I become the mistress first, I win at the starting line!”
He gripped my ankle, slowly rubbing it.
Suddenly, I realized he cried in the car, probably after hearing me call Gong.
“I don’t have a husband, that’s my roommate, a woman, surname Gong.”
He froze slightly, biting his lip, a little aggrieved.
“That night in the car, I thought…”
He bit me in grievance, “I asked if you had a husband, you touched my face and said I was pretty, told me to be your lover first, even added me and paid me…”
I couldn’t stand his act, so I slapped him.
“Don’t you have a mouth?”
He lazily circled my wrist, pulled it over, and licked my finger.
“I didn’t before. Now I do.”
“What do you want to hear?”
I said, “The first time you kissed me, you threw up. Wasn’t it because I was ugly?”
He pinched my cheek.
“I was tricked. Someone sold me a kiss candy, saying if I kissed you, I’d get addicted…but it tasted like shit.”
I looked at him and smiled.
“Who was so wicked?”
“Song Minxin.”
Hm?
I felt like I was living in another world.
Yan Chen lowered his head, tirelessly kissing and licking my body.
Mumbling, “Cherry, so sweet.”
“Oh, she likes you, messed with me on purpose, sold me the candy… You’re such a fool, can’t see anything.”
“I investigated her…those photos on my desk, didn’t you see them?”
Ah, I thought he was desecrating her photos.
Damn, Song Minxin likes me!
No wonder, she gave me so much good food, even asked if I wanted to bury my face in her chest.
I thought she was just being nice to me because she liked Yan Chen.
“But Minxin is really pretty.”
Yan Chen paused.
His pathological side exploded.
His voice was like a curse, a snake coiling around.
“Lock you up, and you’ll always be mine…”
“I sent her abroad, to keep her from being forced into marriage. If she dares fight me for you again-”
I leaned in and kissed him.
“She won’t, I love you.”
He didn’t believe it, “When Song Minxin left the country, she told me you’re lying. If you liked me, you wouldn’t bear to share me.”
I muttered.
“If you don’t believe me, then there’s no love.”
He visibly darkened, biting his lip, pitifully staring at me.
“Really?”
I teased him on purpose.
“Then there’s only hate.”
He instantly turned into a mad dog.
Flipped me over.
My voice was shattered in the waves.
“Fuck you, wild dog.”
“Baby, I love it when you curse me, curse me back, I feel better…”
“I’ll be your dog, praise me, will you?”
I patted him, “Such a good dog.”
He got even more excited.
I asked, “So you like this position…why?”
He hugged my waist tightly, his heat scorching me from behind.
“Because I can hold you, and not see your face, so I won’t lose control…”
My mind was foggy, I murmured, “It’s already this… how much more could you lose control?”
He chuckled softly.
Gently changed direction, but faced me.
Yan Chen’s brows and eyes revealed hidden mischief and wickedness, and I clearly saw the madness churning in his eyes.
“Baby…you’re so cute, shall we always do it this way?”
He leaned down, the storm about to break.
Soon.
I bit his shoulder hard, eyes unfocused, begging him.
“Wu wu, just flip me over…flip me over…”
When resources were scarce, I was dull.
All I saw was money.
But after I grew up.
Looking back.
I could clearly see the tenderness beneath Yan Chen’s monstrous disguise.
He was used to it back then.
Being scolded by his parents: idiot, fool, retard…
“Your brother died because of you! Why did you have to brag about your trip on your birthday?”
“How could you be so stupid, nothing like your brother. Sometimes I wonder if you’re even my child!”
He was all thorns.
But when I had my first period, he grumbled and got me what I needed, taught me how to use it.
Afraid of thunder, he’d come to my room with a cold face and say, “I’m scared of thunder, what should I do?”
I’d worm my way behind him, clutch his arm, suppress my joy and say, “I’ll keep you company, Yan Chen. I’ll stay with you, so you won’t be scared.”
Yan Chen would murmur softly, “Xinxin, good baby…”
Turns out, he was always calling out for me.
Night breeze gentle.
The room full of spring.
