The comment section exploded.

[AHHHH! What’s happening? How did the beer bottle end up in the villainess’s hands?]

I ignored the comments. Holding the beer bottle, I aimed it carefully at Lu Zichen.

A blood-curdling scream tore from Lu Zichen’s throat. His body went rigid, his hands clenching the bedsheets. His dazed eyes snapped into focus, his pupils contracting in sheer terror.

“Jiang Yongning, what are you doing?!” he shrieked in horror.

I didn’t answer. I just applied more force to the bottle in my hand.

Another scream. Lu Zichen’s body convulsed violently. Then, his eyes rolled back, and he passed out from the pain.
