He was the scum that had taken her innocence!
Upon seeing him again, Gu Xiaoai’s face turned pale with anger, her hands clenched tightly at her sides.
As expected, he was here.
How could the prey Li Juefeng had his eyes on ever escape his grasp?
Screaming about suing him for rape, and yet here she was, delivering herself right to his door.
Li Juefeng smirked triumphantly, eyeing her boldly from head to toe. Her long black hair was tied back in a ponytail, and she wore a water-blue plaid shirt knotted at the waist above tight jeans that accentuated her long, slender legs. On her feet were sneakers that seemed made for running.
So cautious.
Was she that afraid he would devour her?
“Whether you can handle it is your problem, but by tomorrow, I want to see Lin’s Corporation merged into E.S. on the front page of the news. That’s all, I have other things to handle.” Li Juefeng finished speaking, took off his Bluetooth headset, opened the car door, and swaggered toward her.
“Don’t come any closer!” Gu Xiaoai instinctively stepped back.
“Then I really don’t understand the purpose of your visit.” Li Juefeng scoffed. In front of the astonished security guard, he effortlessly hoisted Gu Xiaoai’s slight figure over his shoulder and threw her into the car.
His actions were rough and unrestrained.
“Bastard! I want to get out!” Gu Xiaoai struggled to sit up from the back seat, opened the car door, and tried to get out.
Li Juefeng pressed his hands on the car door, leaned over with his muscular body dominating her from above, and said in a sexy, merciless voice, “Behave, and I’ll give you the short clip, otherwise…”
He left the threat hanging.
But his implication was clear.
Gu Xiaoai grimaced and sat up straight, not forgetting the purpose of her visit. Since she had come, she had to retrieve the short clip at all costs.
Seeing her compliance, Li Juefeng was satisfied and returned to the driver’s seat to start the car, catching a glimpse of her in the rearview mirror. She sat properly, like a primary school student, with a bag slung diagonally, her fists clenched on her knees pressed together.
He couldn’t deny that he liked her face-not particularly beautiful but clean and distinct. Just two words described it: comfortable.
This was something Guan Nana and those women who had struggled for years in the entertainment industry could not compare with.
He remembered she was a wealthy Young Lady, perhaps this natural unsophistication was nurtured from a privileged environment where daily concerns were about living better lives, deciding which brand of skincare to buy, rather than how to survive.
After a moment, Li Juefeng teased, “To a man, skirts and jeans are just about how quickly they can be taken off.”
