Summary
Princess Meng Wangchuan has always fought for what her father gives her younger sister freely. In her first life, she steals a husband to escape a marriage alliance, only to lose his trust—and her life when she reaches for the throne. Reborn on the day her father chooses their marriages, she appears to yield. This time, she has no intention of entrusting her future to a husband. With her fiercely loyal uncle at her side, Wangchuan returns to her childhood home, where an abandoned, green-eyed boy proves surprisingly easy to lure home with a bowl of tofu soup.
