“Childhood sweethearts. We grew up together.”

“What kind of world do you come from? How does it compare to here?” Shangguan Ling voiced the question she was most curious about.

She had always wanted to know about the worlds of these otherworldly beings but had been too proud to ask Lin Mumu.

“Our world is quite nice. But why do you ask so much?” Chen Fei was somewhat puzzled.

“Nothing much, just curious about why you otherworldly beings come to this world.”

Chen Fei shook his head, stood up, and walked to the door.

“I need to go now, I have things to do. You stay here and wait for Mumu.”
