Daddy, Mommy Ran Away - Chapter 160 - Not Full Yet
“Oh my goodness,” An Ruoxi exclaimed, her eyes nearly popping out of her head. “You haven’t showered since I left? Aren’t you afraid of stinking up the place? You smell awful! I don’t want to be this close to you.”
Despite her words, her body instinctively leaned closer to him, seeking the warmth she had missed so much. The smile on her lips blossomed like a lotus flower.
“Heh, isn’t this all your fault?” Leng Haoyin teased, gently pinching her nose with a playful glint in his eyes.
A pang of guilt surged through her, spreading to every corner of her being. He had turned to drinking because of her, leading to acute gastric bleeding. The weight of remorse pressed down on her chest. Unable to resist, she reached out to caress his weary face, her lips softly brushing against his as she whispered, “I’m sorry.”
Leng Haoyin froze for a moment, surprised by her initiative. Her hesitant kiss, though clumsy, stirred something deep within him, like a breeze rustling the most tender corners of his heart. His initial shock quickly gave way to action as he deepened the kiss, savoring every moment of their connection.
Bang-
Leng Qiuling stood at the doorway, holding two bowls of porridge. Her heart skipped a beat, and she froze in place, utterly stunned.
The two lovers immediately sprang apart, standing stiffly as if caught red-handed. An Ruoxi’s face flushed crimson, and she awkwardly avoided eye contact, unsure of where to look.
Embarrassed, An Ruoxi wished she could disappear into the floor. She shot Leng Haoyin a glare, silently blaming him for the situation. She had only intended to give him a gentle kiss out of concern, but he had turned it into something far more passionate.
Leng Haoyin, feeling unjustly accused, shrugged innocently. He thought to himself, “Hey, I’m embarrassed too! It’s not just you!”
Leng Qiuling, catching the glare from the bed, silently cursed her own lack of tact. Why hadn’t she knocked before barging in? She had clearly interrupted something important. Setting down the porridge, she forced an awkward smile and quickly retreated to the door.
“Elder Brother, sister-in-law, I have some errands to run. I’ll leave you two to it,” she said, tactfully closing the door behind her. With a wave of her hand, she added, “Carry on, carry on!”
After finishing a bowl of porridge, An Ruoxi began tidying up, showing no intention of feeding him further.
“Wife, I’m not full,” Leng Haoyin said, leaning back against the bed with a mischievous smirk. His eyes followed her every movement, filled with a sense of contentment.
An Ruoxi looked at him seriously. “How could this happen? Our bid was already very competitive. How could Senior’s company offer a price a million higher than ours? It’s unbelievable. But even so, you shouldn’t get so worked up that you end up vomiting blood.”
Leng Haoyin’s expression darkened immediately. His brows furrowed deeply as he asked, “You think I vomited blood out of anger? Why would you say that?”
“Isn’t it true? That’s what Shen Jun told the reporters. It’s all over the TV and newspapers now,” An Ruoxi replied honestly, though she couldn’t shake the feeling that something was off.
A cold wind seemed to sweep through the room as Leng Haoyin’s face turned as dark as charcoal. He grabbed the remote and turned on the TV, which happened to be replaying Shen Jun’s interview.
The temperature in the room dropped instantly. Leng Haoyin slammed the remote onto the table, his teeth grinding in frustration.
“Damn Shen Jun! What nonsense is he spouting? I didn’t vomit blood out of anger-it was because of drinking! How dare he twist the truth like this? Just wait until I see him-I’ll make sure he regrets it!”
An Ruoxi was stunned, finally understanding why Shen Jun had warned her not to let Leng Haoyin watch TV, read newspapers, or even return to work.
After tidying up, An Ruoxi brought over a basin of water. His condition didn’t allow for a full shower, so she planned to help him clean up with a towel.
“You’re still weak. It’s better to eat small meals throughout the day. You can have more later. For now, let’s clean you up. Here, start with your face,” she said, handing him the towel.
“I’m still weak, so you should do it for me,” he replied, pouting like a child.
An Ruoxi chuckled softly and sat on the edge of the bed, gently wiping his face. “I feel like I’m taking care of a child. But if I had a son this big, it wouldn’t be so bad.”
“Alright, you can handle the rest yourself,” she said, handing him the towel.
“Got it,” Leng Haoyin replied cheerfully. Without hesitation, he stripped off his hospital gown in one swift motion.
An Ruoxi was taken aback by his boldness and speed. Her face turned bright red as her eyes landed on his well-defined chest. His muscles were perfectly sculpted, like marble carved by a master artist. Despite their intimacy, she couldn’t help feeling shy after not seeing him for over two weeks.
Her gaze inadvertently drifted downward, catching sight of the growing bulge beneath his boxers. Her cheeks burned even hotter as she realized what was happening. Leng Haoyin’s hand reached for his boxers, ready to pull them down.
An Ruoxi quickly averted her eyes, her heart racing like a drum. Despite their history, she still felt flustered in moments like this.
Leng Haoyin noticed her embarrassment, his brows arching in amusement. He quickly wiped himself down, paying extra attention to certain areas.
“All done. I’ll go empty the water,” An Ruoxi said, eager to escape the situation.
Before she could leave, he wrapped his arms around her from behind. His deep, husky voice whispered in her ear, “Wife, I’m not full.”
Her heart skipped a beat, nearly leaping into her throat. She knew exactly what he meant this time. The source of his “hunger” pressed against her waist, pulsing with unmistakable intent.
Heat spread from the point of contact, setting her skin ablaze. Her mind grew hazy as she stammered, “Why aren’t you wearing clothes?”
“Because I’d just have to take them off again. What’s the point?” he replied, his voice rough with desire.
His warm tongue traced her sensitive earlobe before exploring the delicate folds of her ear. Her body trembled under his touch, waves of tingling pleasure coursing through her.
“Stop, stop this. You’re still recovering,” An Ruoxi protested weakly, tilting her head away in a half-hearted attempt to resist his advances.
